I had to keep following up with support about my warranty, which got annoying. Replies took forever, and when they finally did get back to me, it didn’t really help much anyway. Felt like I had to do all the chasing for something they should’ve handled better.

I was a bit let down by this. I was hoping for some solid punch, but the bass just came across muddy and heavy in a dull way. Maybe I was expecting more, but it didn’t give me that clean hit I wanted.

I really wanted to finish my order, but the cart froze on me twice. After the second time, I just gave up. Kind of regret wasting the time on it because I was ready to buy.

I ended up having to return something I ordered, which was a little frustrating because I was already trying to get it sorted out before leaving town for the weekend. The return itself wasn’t the worst, but the refund process dragged on way longer than I expected. Replies were slow, and I had to follow up more than once just to get an update on what was happening. The refund did eventually show up, so at least it worked out in the end, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience. The products might be totally fine, but the return process could really use some improvement.

The tuning options felt kinda limited, and getting everything adjusted took longer than I expected. It wasn’t terrible, just a bit more annoying than I was hoping for.

I stopped by hoping to grab a few things, but pretty much everything I needed was out of stock. Kind of frustrating, honestly. 😅

The site feels kind of dated and cluttered to me... I found the product pages a little too busy, with a lot going on at once. The colors also make it feel less clean than I was expecting.

I’m giving it 2 stars because the package did arrive, but the order wasn’t correct. They sent me the wrong size, and one of the parts I ordered was missing completely. I had to email support and wait to get it sorted out, which was frustrating. On top of that, the reminders/notifications felt way too aggressive, like they kept pushing at me before I even had a chance to deal with the issue. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected the order to be packed more accurately.

It sounded decent at first, like I said, I wasn’t expecting anything crazy, but it quit working after just a few weeks. The build quality feels kind of cheap and weak too. Like I said, it started out okay, but it definitely didn’t hold up. I wouldn’t buy from CT Sounds again.

I really wanted to like these, but they just didn’t get loud enough for my setup. Once I pushed the volume up past maybe 70% or so, the sound started to feel a bit strained and not as clean as I was hoping for. For my space and how I use them, they fell short, and I ended up disappointed.

The instructions weren’t exactly helpful, so getting it installed ended up taking way longer than I expected. Let’s just say it wasn’t a quick afternoon project.

I’ve had cheaper gear perform about the same, so it’s not bad, I just don’t feel like I got a lot of value for the money.

I reached out and didn’t hear anything back for days, which was frustrating. As someone who likes to stay organized and get things handled quickly, being left waiting with no update really threw me off. A simple reply or even a quick acknowledgment would’ve made a big difference...

I picked up some CT Sounds gear hoping it would sound clean, but it just didn’t do it for me. The bass was muddy and the highs felt harsh. I tried adjusting things, but it still sounded cheap. For the money, I expected better. Wouldn’t buy again

I bought this sub and, the finish felt kind of cheap right out of the box. The terminals seemed a little loose too, which I wasn’t thrilled about. After about a week, it started rattling, so I’m sure it’s just not built very well. I don’t think I’d buy it again...

I bought an amp from CT Sounds and it does work, but the power didn’t really feel anywhere near what was advertised. I tested it in my setup and it just came off weaker than I expected. Maybe I ended up with a bad unit, but the ratings seem a little generous to me. The sound is okay, nothing terrible, but for what I paid I was hoping for more. Also, the whole experience had that kind of no-real-person-there feeling, which made it a bit more frustrating.

i ended up having to modify my door panels to get everything to fit right. it wasn’t a huge deal, but it did take some extra time and wasn’t exactly what i expected.

I kept waiting for a clear answer or next step, but it just didn’t happen. Frustrating overall.
